Customer Service Representative role focused on assisting customers, resolving issues, and providing accurate information while maintaining professionalism and supporting sales in a fast-paced environment.

  1. JOB REQUIREMENTS

As the Customer Service Representative (Kingston), your responsibilities involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Provide an excellent customer service experience

  • Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information
  • Ability to deal with stress & work pressure in a fast pace environment

  • Use your problem solving and people skills while working directly with our customers to address their questions through multiple channels – phone, email, messaging and in person.
  • Be patient, empathetic and passionate about providing premium customer service to our customers.

  1. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle and resolve all customer concerns by providing accurate information and making decisions beneficial for both parties
  • Provide customers with product and general information
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends based on business needs
  • Collection of all methods of payment which is to be recorded accurately and safely stored
  • All methods of payments collected are your responsibility – if misplaced arrangement for repayment will have to be discussed with upper management
  • Assist with sales and sales strategies
  • Develop and foster client and networking relationships in order to retain current clients and attract new clients and assist in developing sales strategies and tactics
  • Follow up with potential clients to help garner business for the company
  • Promptly respond to client calls, e-mails, and live chats through social media in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Assist walk-in customers – Providing advice on our various products and services
  • Handle all customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner
  • Follow up with clients by either telephone,  e-mail or whatsapp to ensure that invoices and estimates have been received
  • The Customer Service Representative will be required to learn the technicalities and functions or each product, including but not limited to materials and accurate measurements
  • Any other duties which may arise
