CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The ideal candidate must be an experienced customer service professional, preferably with previous work experience in the hardware/building materials industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and generating business via Tele-marketing
• Managing customer orders
• Providing customers with quotes and product information
• Managing and updating customer accounts

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

•  Proven Tele-Sales Experience – minimum two years
•  Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to resolve customer issues
• Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
• A Diploma in Sales and/ Marketing
• Computer Literate (MS Office software)
