A bright and articulate individual is needed to fill the role of a Customer Service Clerk on a permanent and full-time basis. He or she would support customers in a manner that creates exceptional customer service experiences.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES CLERK

Econo Office and School Supplies Limited, an office supplies firm in business for over 20 years is seeking to add a customer service clerk on a permanent and full-time basis to their sales team.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide sales team support
• Responding to customers' emails and provide pricing
• Follow up to ensure customer receives his products in a timely manner and is satisfied.
• Prepare quotations, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about orders.
• Quickly determine individual customer needs and satisfy with appropriate action.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Proficient knowledge in stationery and office supplies would be an asset
• At least 3 years’ experience in a customer focused role.
• At least an Associate Degree in Business Administration or some related field OR Certification in Customer Service
• At least three (3) references required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of Peachtree/Sage 50
• Strong Communication and People skills
• Able to solve problems and learn quickly
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Dedicated to quality service with attention to details
