Dansteel Ltd is seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based along the east-west corridor and play a key role in supporting customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

KEY DUTIES

• Handle incoming calls and walk-in customer queries

• Replenish shelves and ensure displays are well-presented

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas and lanes

• Notify purchasing team of stock levels and re-order needs

• Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when necessary

• Collaborate with the sales team to fulfil customer needs

• Promote products and services where appropriate

Required Education and Training

• Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects, Grades I or II, including Mathematics and English

• At least two (2) years’ customer service experience

• Formal training in customer service would be an asset

• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

• Must reside on the east-west corridor
