To facilitate the smooth operation of the One Love Café, by being deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multitasking.

Duties and responsibilities                                                                                         

• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
• Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods.
• Set up workstation with required ingredients and equipment.
• Maintain food safety standards.  
• Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers.
• Handle and store food items and ingredients properly
