The primary responsibility will be to develop and oversee conservation initiatives that align with our company's commitment to protecting and preserving the environment.

  • Develop and implement conservation programs and initiatives to reduce the resort's environmental impact. 
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for sustainable practices
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure that all operations are in compliance with environmental regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with environmental organizations
  • Educate and train staff on sustainable practices and encourage their participation in conservation efforts
  • Monitor energy and water consumption and identify ways to reduce usage and promote efficiency
  • Monitor and analyse utility consumption by tracking meters (electricity, water, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and standards
  • Research and recommend eco-friendly products and services to be used in the resort
  • Maintain relationships with local conservation organizations and participate in community outreach programmes.
  • Keep up to date with current environmental issues and trends to continuously improve the resort's conservation efforts
  • Prepare reports and presentations on the resort's conservation efforts for management and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate record for audits and reporting.
