COMMUNICATION STUDIES - FORM 6

ROLE AND CORE FUNCTIONS

The incumbent is required to teach Communication Studies to Sixth Form (VI) students in accordance with the approved curriculum. Duties include monitoring the progress of students, effective classroomsupervision and guidance to ensure the all-round development of students.

 QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject area from an accredited University.
• Familiarity with the respective Subject Syllabus.
• Diploma in Education will be an asset.
• A Teacher’s registration number
• Assessment by The Ministry of Education
• A minimum of 3 years teaching experience at the respective form level is essential.
• Experience in the use of technology in the classroom is essential.
