COMMERCIAL ANALYST

COMMERCIAL ANALYST 

Purpose

The incumbent will complement the in-field team /sales force by working closely with back-office cross-functional teams to drive the provision of timely marketing tools, message positioning across key brands. He/she will support new assets portfolio strategy, commercial agreements requests and tactical plans for determined Caribbean Markets. The incumbent will also gather insights externally and internally to guide marketing campaigns development for HCPs, Customers and Consumers, operating within the business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the tactical design and implementation of innovative marketing initiatives delivering holistic solutions, multi-channel opportunities to strengthen campaigns, multi-stakeholder initiatives and interactive and customized content for HCPs, customers and consumers.
  • Play an active role with the infield team and manage the CLM process to support IFT in the tactical execution across the region.
  • Participate in and contribute on marketing plans, design, business case analyses for new assets & select brands, in prioritized and new Caribbean markets.
  • Strengthen in-field Team insights gathered from across stakeholders to form a marketing perspective on Brand issues, competitive positioning, and market dynamics, drawing actionable insights from sales data, promotional performance, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making. 
  • Creating and managing project timelines, including tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Planning, allocating, and monitoring marketing and sales support budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Work with internal teams to manage specific key target account opportunities
  • Update quarterly accruals for anticipated credit notes and ensure timely submission

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Marketing, or the equivalent from an accredited institution
  • 1-3 years data analysis experience, ideally a diverse blend of healthcare and other industries and functions.
  • Digital knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Ability to apply strong consumer knowledge and understanding of customer needs when developing tailored messages and materials.
  • Effectively manages projects and team members to ensure successful delivery of marketing-led initiatives.
  • Basic to Intermediate Spanish proficiency in writing or speaking is desirable.
