CLUB SANDALS SUPERVISOR

The Club Sandals (Concierge) Supervisor is responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests and maintaining departmental goals to ensure team members create an exceptional guest experience.

Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

• Resolving guest challenges quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
• Ensuring service excellence is consistently practiced.
• Inspecting guest rooms in partnership with the Housekeeping Department to ensure acceptable standards are maintained.
• Developing the annual budget for the department.
• Conducting technical skills and customer service training with team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position
• Computer literate with computer applications and software, i.e., Windows/Excel/Access/Outlook. 
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and non-verbally
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgment.
