The Claims Officer under the guidance of the Claims Supervisor is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all health claims in keeping with the company’s service level agreements and the insurance industry requirements.

SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing of all health claims and pre-authorization requests
  • Accurately upload claims and pre-authorization requests
  • Upload Clients' Banking Information
  • Conduct analysis and prepare reports as required
  • Respond to internal and external claims queries

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate or First Degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Must have at least one (1) year's experience in a similar capacity preferred
  • Industry knowledge preferred
