CASHIER / SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our sales team. The successful candidate will drive sales profitability through relationship-based selling, demonstrate product capabilities, assist customers with product selection, and maintain the highest standards of transparency and record keeping in line with Isratech and corporate governance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business
Attend and represent the company at expos and trade shows where necessary
Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Provide after-sales service and support to customers
Pay courtesy calls to current and prospective customers
Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints, and capitalise on feedback
Effectively prepare quotations, invoices, sales orders and requisitions
Check and keep abreast of inventory levels
Outline the specifics of products and demonstrate usage to customers, including providing technical support
Liaise with customers regarding accounts receivable (cash, cheque or credit card payments)
Document customer and sales details using the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Visit farm stores island-wide in an effort to increase the number of resellers
Process point of sale purchases
Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions and balance drawers
Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts
Ensure that proper filing and record keeping are being maintained
Assist with regular cycle counts
Any other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Certification (Finance, or Commercial/Sales field preferred)
Minimum 2 years' experience in Administration, Business Studies, or Commercial/Sales
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
