Job Summary:

The Butler Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the Diamond Club butler team to ensure premium, personalized service for VIP guests. The role ensures the highest standards of luxury service, supports team development, and maintains daily operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and support the Diamond Club butler team in delivering world-class service to VIP guests.

2. Coordinate daily task assignments, room preparations, and guest service schedules.

3. Ensure butlers follow Diamond Club protocols, standards, and guest preference profiles.

4. Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching butlers on etiquette and service standards.

5. Work closely with the Head Butler and Diamond Club Manager to manage guest feedback and implement improvements.

6. Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and complaints with professionalism.

7. Monitor inventory of guest amenities and ensure readiness for all arrivals. 

8. Conduct routine inspections of guest suites and public Diamond Club areas.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years in luxury hospitality, with experience in butler or VIP guest services.

Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and guest service skills.

Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and lead a team in a high-pressure environment. 

Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Formal training or certification in luxury butler service or hospitality.

Experience in managing VIP guest relations in a resort setting.

Job Summary:

The Banquet Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all banquet events, including weddings, conferences, and private functions. This role ensures that all banquet services are delivered with excellence, maintaining high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise all banquet setups, breakdowns, and service execution to meet client expectations.

2. Coordinate with the Sales, Culinary, and Events teams to deliver seamless event experiences.

3. Lead and manage the banquet staff, ensuring professional service and proper event flow.

4. Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment; ensure readiness for upcoming events.

5. Monitor event timelines and respond to any changes or special requests.

6. Conduct post-event evaluations and communicate feedback to improve service.

7. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards.

8. Train, schedule, and mentor banquet team members.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management, preferably in a luxury resort.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and client-relations skills.

Knowledge of food service, wine, and event coordination.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
