OVERVIEW:

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).

JOB SUMMARY

Join our dynamic team at Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS), the delivery center for KPMG US, as a Business Systems & Data Analyst supporting the Enterprise Commercial Technology Center (ECTC). In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance contract management systems, lead User Acceptance Testing efforts, support Artificial Intelligence prompting development, and drive data-driven insights through dashboards and analytics.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

• Lead initiatives to improve the KPMG Contract Advantage (KCA) process.
• Manage Master Service Agreement processing and support the transition to a new archive solution.
• Develop Enterprise Commercial Contracts Office playbooks and contribute to the core catalog.
• Create user stories, track defects, and develop training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for escalations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in Data or Business Analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

•Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
•Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
•May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
