At least four (4) years of experience conducting detailed business analysis, requirement elicitation, and documentation.
•Translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensuring timely project delivery within budget.
• Minimum three (3)years of experience creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Three (3) years of experience developing and delivering training programs for end-users
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or any other tool that manipulates data (like Power BI).
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in telecommunication companies
