The Business Systems Administrator (BSA) is responsible for driving the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Reservation Management System (RMS), and other business processing platforms.
The role requires collaboration with internal teams to understand and streamline business processes, ensuring seamless integration of primary platforms with other systems and optimizing workflows. As the business strives to enhance its customer relationship management, it is up to the Business System Administrator, alongside their supervisor and colleagues, to deliver a tailored, efficient Business System experience that supports the company’s success.
