Business Sales Executive

To maintain and build revenue in the line with overall business targets. To delight our customers with service and support of their business telecommunication needs.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage a number of business accounts to be determined by sales manager.
• Maximize revenue contribution from account base through pro-active sales and strategic account management.
• Prepare detailed solutions, quotations, proposal and contracts to conform to customer requirements.
• Liaise between nominated accounts, customer service and engineers to ensure service is provided in an efficient and timely manner.
• Meet specified sales and retention targets as well as objectives as set out by Sales Manager.
• Provide feedback for new product and services based on the identified needs of nominated accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Provide weekly feedback to Sales manager through weekly one 2 one meetings.
• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Associates Degree in General Business, Marketing or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in a competitive sales environment
• Computer Literate
