Business Relationship Manager

Salary Range: CI$85,320 - $114,768 per annum (USD$102,385 - $137,721)

Job Purpose:
Lead the Business Relationship function to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver the IT portfolio through effective prioritisation and resource allocation. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and identify technology innovation opportunities that enable strategic goals.

Dimensions:
The Computer Services Department’s Development Group handles system and database administration, software development, maintenance, support, and procurement. The postholder manages demand for services across 80-90 diverse business units and is accountable for an IT portfolio with 20-30 new major initiatives yearly. The role includes leading a team of Business Analysts and ensuring business continuity.

Education, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, engineering, or business with 7+ years of related experience.

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred with 5+ years of experience, or a technical accreditation with 10+ years post-accreditation experience.

  • Leadership experience in IT demand management in large organizations.

  • Proven ability to communicate vision, inspire staff, and align IT strategy with business objectives.

  • Strong understanding of IT demand management principles.
