Position Purpose
Under the general guidance of the Assistant Manager – Business Process, this role is responsible for the design, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of business processes. The Business Process Officer ensures that process outcomes align with the organization’s strategic goals and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders in consultation with Assistant Manager - Business Process to identify, prioritize, measure and improve business processes optimization across Island Grill.
Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end to-end use cases.
Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes achieves the desired results and that services meet agreed service levels.
Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.
Document user manuals and standard operating policies to describe operating procedures and conduct training.
Bring inconsistencies, problems, issues and risks to the attention of management and participate in the problem resolution.
Design, document and publish new or revised operational procedures to improve the management of operational risk across the system and strengthen the operating control environment of the company
Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of process related data for review.
Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all Island Grill policies and processes.
Qualifications & Skills Required
First Degree preferably in Accounts, Finance, Business Administration, Management or Economics or Project Management or any related field
Ability to critically assess business processes and operating systems and procedures
Proficiency in the use of relevant computer applications
Ability to demonstrate ethical standards
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to relate effectively with people at all levels
Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
