Business Process Analyst

The successful candidates will be responsible for analyzing company designs, procedures, and models. He or she will also be in charge of evaluating the company’s strategies and its employment of technology solutions.

Specific requirements/duties of the position include

• Building and evaluating business advancement processes
• Estimating advancement efficiencies and connected prices
• Carrying out analysis of present processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement
• Creating and implementing initiatives, business process development, and operative process management
• Liaising with the management team to coordinate process improvement projects
•  Measuring the effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives and providing recommendations
• Collecting and evaluating data in alignment with projects and organization goals
• Communicating with the management team to evaluate key performance measures of loss, cost and wages
• Creating process plans that contain project goals, milestones, and resources
• Providing detailed reports which indicate system necessities and computer code functions in terms of operation

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Economics
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the Hospitality Industry
• Good knowledge of business modeling terminology
• Good knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation
• Experience in business process designs and facilitation
• Showcase good analytical and evaluating skills
• Good human relations
