To promote and support the core business development and marketing function of the Credit Union, through research and innovation directly related to the development, branding and marketing of the Credit Union’s products and services to its membership.

  • Responsible for creating engaging content for the Credit Union’s social media presence including keeping social media platforms, channels and website updated for connectivity with its membership.
  • Assist in conceptualizing, planning and executing all marketing materials for events, campaigns and projects.
  • Assist in executing strategies aimed at increasing membership numbers and effectiveness.
  • Assist in coordinating the publication and dissemination of marketing material to maximize brand awareness and develop plans for advertising products and services.
  • Promote and support targets and marketing strategies by creating and formatting presentations, quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstrations and product capability booklets, flyers etc.
  • Assists in evaluating and reporting on the efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing material and advertising mediums used.
  • Make recommendations regarding products such as packaging, designs, selection of promotional items, etc.
  • Monitor and channel feedback from members to relevant teams and where necessary bring to the attention of Management.
  • Assist in overseeing and coordinating the Credit Union’s social media presence ensuring accuracy of information and timely responses and updates, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media applications and provide marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends on social media.
  • Direct the updating of the credit union’s website with information changes and amendments.
  • Timely monitoring and responding to member feedback on all social media channels.
  • Prepare draft reports and analysis on social media performance.
  • Continually reviews and analyzes the membership base and conceptualize new products and services.
  • Create various presentations and conduct outreach sessions on the credit union’s products and services.
  • Assisting in the conducting of market research to identify and keep updated with current products, trends and competitors in the industry.
