  • We are actively seeking detail-oriented, proactive individuals with strong research skills to join our Business Development team remotely! If you have a passion for sales support, learning enterprise outreach strategies, and growing into more advanced roles, this flexible position could be your perfect starting point. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager (BDM), you'll help identify and prepare strategies for potential enterprise clients in a role designed to evolve from observation to hands-on coordination.

    What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

    • Learn and Observe: Study sales frameworks and companies daily to create concise summaries highlighting their operations, industry, and potential benefits from outsourcing services.

    • Conduct Prospect Research: Identify key decision-makers via LinkedIn and company sites, compile profiles with notes in spreadsheets.

    • Prepare Outreach Materials: Draft personalization snippets for emails, suggest content for sequences, and observe launch processes.

    • Support Calls and Presentations: Prepare briefs with company backgrounds, decision-maker insights, and recent news; update pitch decks with custom elements like client logos.

    • Handle Admin and Content Tasks: Take meeting notes, summarize action items, and draft short LinkedIn posts.

    • Optional Advanced Contributions: Flag industry events, suggest new lead sources, and brainstorm process improvements for ongoing outreach.

    This role starts with foundational learning and scales up in responsibility, allowing you to build expertise in business development step by step.

    What We’re Looking For (Minimum Requirements)

    • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to summarize information clearly and concisely.

    • 1 year of experience in Business Support or similar role

    • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Notion, Gmail, and similar tools for daily tasks.

    • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive, with excellent follow-through on multiple projects.

    • Familiarity with sales/business development in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry is a plus.

    • Fast learner with a willingness to adapt and grow in a remote, flexible environment.

    • Ability to work independently while collaborating virtually across time zones.

    • Available for part-time or full-time (contract arrangements), with remote work from anywhere.
