We are a B2B software provider seeking a part-time, fully remote Business Development Representative (BDR). The BDR will focus on lead generation by prospecting, engaging with potential customers, and converting interest into qualified opportunities. The role includes setting up sales appointments and building strong sales pipelines.

This position is ideal for someone with a sales background who excels at relationship-building, identifying business opportunities, and is interested in advancing their career in software sales.

Monthly Salary: TTD 7,000 fixed + commissions

 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and online meetings.
  • Schedule product demos with prospective clients and referral partners.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified lead generation, calls, and scheduled demos.
  • Identify and qualify referral partners through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Onboard new referral partners to ensure they have the resources and understanding to promote our offerings effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track leads, partners, and sales activities.

 

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Certification or training in Sales and Marketing, Business preferred.
  • Part-time availability of 10 - 15 hours per week during standard business hours.
  • Proven track record in cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) and lead qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
  • Comfortable using SaaS tools and CRM platforms to manage outreach and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
