Job Title: Business Development Officers Location: Corporate Area and North Coast Job Type: Full Time

A growing Kingston-based recycling company is seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join its team as Recycling Business Development  Officers for the Rural and Corporate Areas

Vacancy 1:      Establish and develop recycling programs for business on the North Coast /Rural Areas

Vacancy 2:      Establish and develop recycling programs for business in the Corporate Area

The ideal candidate is a proactive and energetic individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for success, and a proven track record in sales.

B2B Engagement – Vacancy 1 and 2

Establish new recycling contracts for corporate area business clients

Service and sustain existing clientele

Aggressively increase recovery volumes and achieve targets for business 

Assist in planning and executing related operational and marketing strategies.

Prepare and present Recycling and Document Destruction proposals.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Diploma / Tertiary level education or equivalent

Min 3 years experience in sales / business development.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Reliable motor vehicle

Compensation / Benefits:

Monthly Compensation is mainly Commission driven and includes:

Base Salary  Annually: $800K - $1M

Commission based on material volumes recovered – Variable, unlimited 

MV Allowance + Fuel (Range $70 - $80k monthly)
