Job Title: Recycling Officer Location: Kingston, St. Andrew Job Type: Full Time/Part Time
A Kingston-based recycling company is seeking two dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as a Community Recycling Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong community relationships while also driving sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for community engagement, and a proven track record in sales.
Community Engagement:
Identify and engage with key community stakeholders to build positive relationships.
Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and businesses to create partnerships that benefit the community.
Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, addressing concerns and promoting open communication.
Develop and maintain a network of Recycle Agents to support community initiatives.
Aggressively Establish and develop recycling programmes in inner city communities in Kingston.
Aggressively grow Recycling volumes from each community.
Recruit, train and monitor community wardens.
Organise collections from communities.
Sales Representative:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Associate degree in community development, sociology, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in community organizing, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Base Salary, Travelling, Fuel - Up to 100k monthly + Unlimited Commission
