A Kingston-based recycling company is seeking two dynamic and passionate individuals to join its team as Recycling Business Development Officers.
Vacancy 1: Establish and develop residential community recycling programs.
Vacancy 2: Establish and develop recycling programs for business.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and energetic individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for success, and a proven track record in sales.
Community Engagement – Vacancy 1
Identify and engage with key community stakeholders to build positive relationships.
Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and businesses to create sustainable partnerships.
Achieve targets and aggressively grow recycling volumes for each community.
Assist in planning and executing advertising and promotional initiatives.
Organize and coordinate collections from communities.
B2B Engagement – Vacancy 2
Establish new recycling contracts corporate area business clients
Service and sustain existing clientele
Aggressively increase recovery volumes and achieve targets for business
Assist in planning and executing related operational and marketing strategies.
Prepare and present Recycling and Document Destruction proposals.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Diploma / Tertiary level education or equivalent
Min 3 years experience in sales / business development.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Reliable motor vehicle
Compensation / Benefits:
Monthly Compensation is mainly Commission driven and includes:
Base Salary Annually: $800K - $1M
Commission – Variable, unlimited
MV Allowance + Fuel (Min $80k monthly)
