This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to play a key role in expanding the Centre’s local, regional, and international market presence while driving patient acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
• Convert leads into booked appointments and paying patients through effective pipeline management
• Develop and execute strategic business development and sales initiatives to increase revenue and market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, specialists, corporate partners, and referral networks
• Manage social media, digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and customer engagement initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
• Coordinate educational seminars, promotional events, and medical meetings
• Develop and implement strategies for regional and international market expansion
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a client-facing commercial role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and CRM systems would be an asset
• Experience within the healthcare, wellness, or medical sector would be an advantage
• Professional sales or marketing certification would be beneficial
