Business Development Manager - St Lucia

In this role, you will drive revenue growth across multiple industries, build strong client relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This is a hands-on, field-driven position requiring active client engagement and market presence.
Success requires commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to convert opportunities into profitable business while staying attuned to market trends.
Key Focus Areas
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted sectors
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of opportunities
- Achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and commercial opportunities
- Identify strategic opportunities and position the company effectively within identified opportunities
- Provide structured market intelligence and feedback
Commercial Management
- Prepare quotations aligned with approved pricing frameworks
- Assess the commercial viability of key opportunities
- Provide regular performance reporting
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, procurement, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support client onboarding and post-sale follow-up
- Assist with collections and account performance where required
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales in St Lucia
- Experience within the construction industry in St Lucia is an asset
- Valid Driver’s License
- Availability to travel overseas
