You will have a "hunter" mentality which together with your strategic sales acumen, knowledge of the local business sector and strong relationship building abilities will see consistent achievement of monthly sales targets.

As the successful candidate you will be involved in prospecting, business development, lead generation, account management, client presentations, forecasting and reporting. 

This requires being actively involved in identifying prospective client organizations, reaching the right decision-makers within these businesses, building great customer relationships to understand and then deliver the best solution to meet their human resource needs! 

 

You will therefore excel at the following:

  • Lead Generation - Utilising resources in the market as well as own network to identify monthly prospect lists of corporate clients and key decision-makers. 

 

  • Cold Calling – Contacting decision-makers to introduce CaribbeanJobs.com and our services over the phone and generating potential business  

 

  • Relationship Building – Building rapport with corporate clients to understand their business and be passionate about partnering with them to find solutions to their recruitment needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets – by using CaribbeanJobs.com’ selling process with a disciplined and consistent approach to growing existing and finding new business opportunities.   
  • Proposal Writing – Understanding client needs, develop appropriate proposals while ensuring best possible returns for services.
  • Presentations – Developing content which represents Caribbeanjobs.com’ services tailored to client requirements.
  • Reporting – Preparing annual and monthly forecasts based on sound market data and research as well as monthly Sales and Activity reports.  

We are looking for those who have an entrepreneurial spirit, are target driven, motivated by success based on earning beyond base salary including incentives, bonuses and commission, and who have the following:

  • Tertiary level education ideally in Sales and Marketing
  • Relevant years’ experience in B2B sales including lead generation, relationship building, pipeline management, negotiating sales and key account management.
  • Experience in prospecting and cold calling corporate clients over the phone as well as meeting customers and delivering PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience in developing written proposals and PowerPoint presentations to a professional level
  • Solid track record in negotiating with clients and closing sales deals
  • A proven track record in consistently meeting and overachieving targets
  • Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills
