We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This position reports to the Manager – Sales & Customer Service.

THE ROLE: 

The key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive are:

  • Servicing a portfolio of local and regional customers to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the Company’s customer base.
  • Assisting in the development of the Company’s regional business development strategy.
  • Analyzing client needs to recommend appropriate materials, printing processes, and functional, aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective designs.
  • Preparing proposals, negotiating pricing, handling inquiries, and utilizing CRM systems to track interactions and forecast sales.
  • Coordinating with production and design teams to ensure product quality, branding consistency, and on-time delivery.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, such as sustainable packaging and regulatory compliance for labelling.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing OR a minimum of 3 year's previous working/business experience in a Sales & Marketing capacity.
  • The ability to speak Spanish and/or French would be an asset but is not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and time constraint
  • Highly motivated and creative
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision
  • The ability to handle a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • A good working knowledge of spreadsheet, word-processing and database programmes.
