Our client is seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Advisors to join their team across multiple locations. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing our B2B growth strategy by identifying new opportunities, building meaningful relationships, and driving revenue generation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and secure new B2B business opportunities
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
