OVERALL OBJECTIVE & PURPOSE
Internships are intended to provide students with professional development, applied learning, and exposure relevant to their course of study or career goals. The internship program allows students to gain supervised practical experience in an administrative or coordination-focused role that supports key business functions.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide general administrative support to assigned departments, including organizing documents, preparing reports, and assisting with internal communications.
  • Participate in project coordination tasks such as scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and updating documentation.
  • Assist teams with data entry, filing, and maintaining records across systems or spreadsheets.
  • Support team members in preparing presentations, reports, or internal documents.
  • Observe and learn how different departments operate, including but not limited to Operations, Sales, HR, and Marketing.
  • Assist with event planning, logistics coordination, or department-specific projects as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings to gain exposure to business processes and contribute to discussions when appropriate.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and professional standards at all times.
