JOB DESCRIPTION – Brand and Marketing Manager (Group)

Role purpose

Build and protect the group’s brands while driving demand generation and retention through measurable marketing. Ensure consistent brand standards across all customer touchpoints and support growth initiatives across sub-companies.

Key responsibilities

Brand governance and consistency

  • Own brand standards for each sub-company and enforce consistent use of logos, tone, signage guidance, and customer messaging.
  • Maintain an approved library of templates and marketing assets to speed up execution and reduce inconsistency.
  • Plan and execute monthly and quarterly marketing calendars for each business line, aligned to operational capacity.
  • Run performance campaigns (digital and local) and optimize based on results and ROI.
  • Design retention initiatives (referrals, bundles, loyalty offers) and track repeat behavior where data allows.
  • Own review management and service recovery messaging standards; feed recurring complaints and insights to Operations.
  • Track marketing performance (reach, leads, conversions, cost per acquisition) and business outcomes (volume, revenue lift, repeat rate).
  • Provide monthly performance reports to COO and GMs with clear recommendations.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years marketing experience; multi-location retail/service marketing preferred.
  • Strong digital marketing and analytics capability; proven ability to link activity to outcomes.
  • Creative execution with commercial discipline.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive adoption across sites.
  • Clear writing, content planning, and vendor coordination.
  • High ownership and speed of execution; attention to detail.

Campaigns and demand generation
