Brand & Member Engagement Lead

Are you a creative strategist with a passion for brand building and member engagement? The Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Brand & Member Engagement Lead to strengthen our brand presence and deliver impactful campaigns that drive growth and member value.


About the Role

As the Brand & Member Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Credit Union’s brand management strategy.
  • Designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that promote products, services, and member benefits.
  • Driving member engagement initiatives to strengthen loyalty and participation.
  • Expanding our digital presence, including social media, online campaigns, and reputation management.
  • Collaborating across departments to align marketing with organizational goals under the theme Trust, Transparency, and Transformation.
  • This role is both strategic and hands-on, offering the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the Credit Union’s growth and reputation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or communications (financial services experience is an asset).
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and deliver data-driven results.
