The Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and growth of our luxury beauty portfolio across all locations. This role focuses on driving successful brand execution, customer experience, and market positioning. The Brand Manager will ensure that all brands are consistently maintained and elevated, developing and executing strategic initiatives that increase brand awareness, sales, and customer loyalty. The position will collaborate closely with the marketing department and other cross-functional teams to create innovative growth strategies, optimize sales, and ensure smooth operational processes.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY:
This position will provide management direction and counseling, and have direct or indirect leadership responsibility for some aspects of the Beauty Department. This position may directly or indirectly supervise members of the Beauty Department and serves as a coach and mentor for personnel within the company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:
PRIMARY:
-Lead and execute brand activations and events that reflect the luxury image and values of the
brands.
-Ensure that all in-store brand executions, including visual merchandising, customer experience,
and employee engagement, are consistent with brand guidelines and standards.
-Regularly monitor and report on sales performance across both locations, analyzing trends,
customer behaviors, and key performance metrics.
-Develop actionable insights from sales and customer habit data to drive decisions for inventory
management, product assortment, and promotional strategies.
-Oversee the forecasting, ordering, and management of stock to maintain a balanced
inventory, minimizing stockouts or excess stock.
-Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and
effective product distribution.
-Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and VIP customers, ensuring
personalized service and exceptional brand experiences.
-Develop loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives to drive repeat business and
improve customer retention.
-Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute go-to-market strategies,
ensuring all campaigns align with brand positioning and target audience.
-Assist in the launch of new products and campaigns, ensuring effective positioning in both
locations.
-Devise and implement strategies to drive the growth of the brands across both locations,
identifying new market opportunities and potential partnerships.
-Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, proposing innovative initiatives to
maintain a competitive edge.
-Work closely with the operations, sales, and marketing teams to align all functions with
brand vision and objectives.
-Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring they are aligned with the brands' goals,
values, and expectations for customer service and performance.
SECONDARY:
-Work with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all communication, advertising,
and social media strategies.
-Partner with the retail operations team to support sales strategies, customer engagement, and
store experience enhancements.
-Conduct regular market research to understand consumer preferences, emerging trends, and
competitive offerings, adjusting strategies as necessary.
-Develop and manage budgets for marketing activities, brand activations, and promotional
campaigns.
-Track and report on ROI and other performance metrics related to branding initiatives.
