We are seeking a strategic and driven Brand Manager to lead the marketing department and member experience unit of our financial services organization.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with the target audience.
•Manage and lead the Marketing Department and the Member Experience Unit (Call Centre) to ensure brand consistency and exceptional service delivery.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to understand member behaviours, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Translate insights into actionable marketing campaigns and member engagement strategies.
•Oversee the creation of marketing materials, digital content, and communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Leverage digital marketing tools and social media platforms to drive engagement, promote products, and grow brand awareness.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
