BRAND HOST (Temporary)
Main Duties & Responsibilities include:
Welcomes and hosts all visitors with the aim of converting them into ‘brand ambassadors.
Conducts tours and tastings in a highly professional and friendly manner.
Receives admission fees for tours from guests and tour companies.
Coordinates tours reservations and collection times for transport services.
Actively promotes and generate sales in all areas (i.e. tours, bar, gift shop).
Assists with processing payments/ receivables (e.g. visitors’ purchases, taxi commissions etc).
Assists with the replenishment of inventory in the gift shop.
Provides support in all aspects of the operations in order to deliver a premium client experience.
Job Requirements:
Certificate in Mass Communications or related discipline
At least two years experience in a similar capacity
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Must possess a pleasant and friendly disposition and be customer focused
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
