The successful candidate will contribute to the attainment of the company's goals and objectives by providing superior customer service and maintaining productive relationships with Direct and Intermediary Clients engendering goodwill and loyalty.
Minimum qualification and Competencies
ü At least Five (5) years’ general insurance experience
ü Bachelor’s Degree
ü ACII, CPCU or equivalent qualification (distinct advantage)
ü Formal Supervisory Training
ü Customer Service and Quality Management Training
ü Formal Sales/Marketing Training
ü FSC Salesman Licence in all classes of business
ü Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
ü Excellent oral and written communication skills
ü Good underwriting acumen
ü Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
