Branch Manager

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Mandeville Hub and total client relationship management.

ARC Manufacturing Limited, one of Jamaica’s leading manufacturers and distributors of building materials, is inviting applications from qualified individuals to fill the following position of BRANCH MANAGER for its Mandeville Distribution Hub:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising branch employees, ensuring they meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service. 
• Managing the branch's budget, achieving sales targets, and ensuring profitability.
• Addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and building strong customer relationships. 
• Ensuring the branch adheres to all banking regulations and policies. 
• Generating new business.
• Overseeing daily branch operations, including security, maintenance, and inventory management. 
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the branch and its operations. 

Required Qualification and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in sales, or related field.
• Excellent track record in achieving sales targets
• Results driven and customer focused
• Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of business applications.
• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
