Adlinc Business Services Ltd., a 24/7/365 North American dispatch support provider, seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Admin Support Agent with strong QuickBooks Online experience to handle bookkeeping, payroll, and financial admin for our clients.
Financial Record Keeping
Process and post financial transactions including customer payments, vendor payments, and ACH payments
Reconcile daily bank and financial accounts
Invoice & Payment Processing
Create and manage cash receipts, including complex invoices and reconciliation for deposits
Deposit and record paper checks using remote deposit
Audit and process vendor invoices, enter data into QuickBooks
Ensure compliance with financial controls and internal processes
Contractor Pay (Weekly)
Prepare weekly commission payments for 1099 contractors
Record processor invoices and submit wire payments
Post related journal entries in QuickBooks
Payroll (Biweekly)
Prepare and submit payroll batches using Paychex
Record payroll-related journal entries and expenses in QuickBooks Online
Accounts Receivable & Collections
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices
Send customer statements and perform collection activities as needed
Administrative & Operations Support
Learn and support company dispatch software
Prepare requested financial and operational reports for internal or external use
