The Block Plant Lead manages the daily operations of block production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and workforce productivity.

• Role Summary 
  The Block Plant Lead manages the daily operations of block production, ensuring quality, 
  efficiency, and workforce productivity. 
  Salary: Commensurate with experience 
  Key Responsibilities 
  • Supervise block production shifts and workforce. 
  • Ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved. 
  • Maintain equipment performance in collaboration with Maintenance Supervisor. 
  • Enforce quality and HSE standards in daily operations. 
  • Train operators and general workers to ensure consistent skills and knowledge. 
  • Report production results and downtime to Plant Manager.

  • Quality compliance ≥ 98% 
  • Downtime < 5% 
  • Workforce attendance ≥ 95% 
  Skills & Requirements 
  • Knowledge of block plant operations (Globmac). 
  • Supervisory and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to enforce discipline and accountability. 
  Qualifications 
  • Technical certification or equivalent experience. 
  • 5+ years in block plant operations.tracking systems.
