Biomedical Technician

Responsible for installation, maintenance and repairing of all equipment supplied by the company.

Core Responsibilities:

• Install new equipment by adjusting, testing, and calibrating performance

• Provide instructions on use and care of medical equipment to relevant personnel

• Perform scheduled maintenance inspections on equipment to ensure safe and effective operating conditions

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions with accuracy and precision

• Repair and replace complex medical equipment and systems

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies

• Ensure documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Answer queries regarding medical equipment use, care and maintenance

Job Requirements:

•  Diploma in Biomedical Engineering Technology or NVQ-J Electrical/Electronic Maintenance Level 3 – Diploma

• Three (3) years experience as a Biomedical Technician

• Advance Computer skills

• Good troubleshooting skills

• Good communication, time management, and technical skills

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Pay attention to details

• Fast learner
