We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join our team. This role is all about creating an unforgettable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting quality beverages, and keeping our bar area clean, organized, and vibrant at all times.

Position Summary

As a Margaritaville Bartender, you’ll:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and timely service.

• Demonstrate complete knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and use suggestive selling to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Engage with guests — guide them through menus, answer questions, and share insights about the island and our brand.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area.

• Handle transactions accurately and responsibly using our point-of-sale system.

• Follow company standards for safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.

• Assist with setup, breakdown, and daily cleaning duties.

• Uphold Margaritaville’s culture of fun, teamwork, and excellence.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and reliability.

• Must be 23 years or older.

Education & Knowledge

• High school diploma required; hospitality or tourism training is an asset.

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

• Fluency in English required; a second language is an advantage.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable standing, walking, and reaching for long periods.

• Able to work in a high-energy, outdoor setting and handle varying weather conditions.

Work Environment

• Must be flexible to work long hours, weekends, and holidays.

• Work involves exposure to sun, sound, and busy bar conditions.

• Team-oriented attitude is essential — we’re all about working hard and having fun doing it!
