Barista- Rituals Coffee House - Sangre Grande & Champ Fleurs

We are seeking a friendly, reliable Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve food and beverages to company standards while ensuring excellent customer service, product quality, and a clean, safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu items following company recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.

• Provide fast, efficient, and courteous service to all customers.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment.

• Restock workstations before and after peak periods.

• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and public health regulations.

• Uphold company policies on employee meals, punctuality, and dress code.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 CXC/GCE ‘O’ Level passes or equivalent.

• Ability to read, write, and follow basic instructions in English.

• Pleasant, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.

• Able to work on all kitchen stations and in a fast-paced environment.

• Must obtain a valid food badge within two (2) weeks of hire.
