Bar Supervisor:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee bar operations, including inventory management and staff supervision
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Train and mentor bar staff to provide exceptional service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink preparation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Dining Room Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise dining room staff to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction
- Manage reservations, seating, and table turnover
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dining Room Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and customer service principles
