Bar Manager

Royalton VESSENCE is seeking a Bar Manager to coordinate and supervise the general operation of the Hotel's bars.

A the Bar Manager you will ensure that bar operations are run efficiently, meeting the highest standards of quality, service and profitability, with the objective of satisfying guests' needs.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Maintain the cost of beverages authorized monthly, based on the parameters of the established budget.
• Control the stock of beverages per consumption center, making sure that there are enough beverages for the operation of the different Bars.
• Constantly supervise the operation to ensure that they are ready for service and that they meet the established standards.
• Follow up on areas of opportunity reported by Guests and monitor that it does not happen again.
• Monitor and coordinate the preventive and corrective maintenance of the area ensuring compliance with the plan.
• Attend to suppliers who provide a service to the bar department within the hotel
• Contribute to safeguard employee´s physical integrity as well as the properties by accomplishing Safety and Health rules and standards
