Hinduja Global Solutions is on the lookout for dedicated individuals with a passion for the banking and finance industry to join our team as Collections Representatives.  Are you driven, goal-oriented, persuasive and looking for an opportunity to earn while making a difference? 

As a Full Time Agent, you'll be responsible for contacting debtors, providing clear information, and negotiating payment plans that work for both parties. You'll be handling sensitive information and maintaining a professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and initiating outbound calls to debtors.
• Effectively communicate with debtors, providing accurate account information and explaining payment options.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes, ensuring compliance with specific guidelines.
• Accurately update and maintain records within our system.  
• Collaborate with the Collections Supervisor and team members to optimize processes and achieve departmental goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and daily call volume targets

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in data entry and analysis
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Clean police record
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple computer screens
