# Experience on a Banking Account in a Call Center environment is a distinct advantage
# AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Duties and Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve weekly individual and team sales goals
Guide customers through the loan process, minimizing friction and ensuring a smooth experience
Educate customers about loan terms and conditions to avoid any surprises
Apply credit underwriting techniques to make informed lending decisions
Manage the entire loan lifecycle, including collections activities, in compliance with regulations
Leverage our existing database to identify new growth opportunities
Provide valuable feedback on the customer journey to improve our processes
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills required
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent in Mircosoft Office
- Strong organizational skills.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of 4 CXC’s including Math, and English
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- One (1) year experience working in the same capacity
