We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bank Reconciliation Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bank reconciliation processes and must have hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP system).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are recorded appropriately.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure completeness of financial data.

  • Generate reconciliation reports and assist with audits when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bank reconciliations within a finance or accounting department.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX is required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a corporate finance environment.

  • Familiarity with other ERP systems will be an asset.
