B2B Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven, goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, eager to learn, and motivated to exceed targets. If you enjoy building relationships and closing deals, this opportunity is for you.

We seek talented and experienced outbound telesales professionals for international Sales Teams. Qualification
•Must at least be a High School graduate with “B’s” or better grades. Tertiary education in a relevant discipline is a definite plus.
• Successful work experience in outbound TeleSales for at least three consecutive years.
• Excellent computer application skills.
• Exceptional communication, and sales negotiation skills.
• The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized and experienced in achieving set objectives in the short term.
• The ideal candidate must be able to boost a company’s customer base by organizing work flow to achieve optimal efficiency using all communication channels and CRM tools.

Responsibilities
•Must connect with 75+ prospects per day in pursuit of new business.
• Utilizing various CRMs and MS apps to organize self for efficiency.
• Get customers to complete feedback surveys and leave positive reviews.
•Maintaining prospects tracking and contact through use of CRMs and other provided tools for future action.

Hours
This job is in the office, not work-from-home.
Office Location: Mandeville
7am to 4pm. Mon.- Fri.
