Key Responsibilities
· Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calling to Hotel Managers and General Managers using provided lead lists.
· The Audit Session: Conduct video/call presentations using the TrustPaws proprietary tool. You will walk the manager through their hotel's current status, identifying specific "issues" and opportunities for improvement.
· Value Selling: Articulate the TrustPaws value proposition clearly—focusing on increased bookings, reduced liability, and improved guest satisfaction.
· Closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close the deal on the spot or in immediate follow-ups.
· Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, audits, and deal stages in our CRM.
What We Are Looking For
· Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience is required. You must have experience cold calling and closing deals over the phone/Zoom.
· Consultative Approach: You must be comfortable telling a prospect what they are doing wrong. The ability to navigate the "Audit" session—pointing out issues without offending the manager, but rather motivating them to fix it—is the key to success in this role.
· Rapport Building: You are speaking to hospitality professionals; excellent communication skills and the ability to build instant rapport are essential.
· Language: Native or C2-level English fluency is non-negotiable. (Additional European languages are a plus for the EU team).
· Tech Savvy: Ability to learn our proprietary software quickly and demonstrate it live during sales calls.
